We are excited to announce a free Teen Survival Skills Group to offer teens in our community! This is a mental health educational group designed to help people live happier, healthier lives. We all know that the teen years can be tough. Give your child a leg up, by helping him or her learn mental health skills to survive the teen years with success!

When: Saturdays, March 5, 12, and 19th. Girls group from 9:00-9:45, Boys group from 10:00-10:45

Who can attend: Middle School Students (6, 7, 8th grade)

Cost: Free

Class Instructor: Cyndal Lowery, MA, LMFTA

Class Description: This group is an educational approach to help your teen learn skills necessary to be successful in life. Learn how to communicate and cope with feelings of anger, sadness, and worry, how to build healthy relationships and communication skills, and understand the benefits of mindfulness, meditation, and positive thinking. This is not a therapy group and is focused on education through activities and discussion.
