Take 5 minutes today to list three things you want to set as an intention for yourself for the upcoming year.   Ask yourself, “what three things do I want to be purposeful about this year?”  or “what 3 words will remind me to stay on the right track?” Write them down and review regularly.  In addition, list 3 things you want to “get rid  of” or not hold on to that were present in your life last year.  Ball the paper up, throw it away, and let go of those things with purpose.
